Free Trial: Top Flight offers a free trial class. This gives interested new students the opportunity
to try gymnastics at no cost or with no obligation.
The instructor will evaluate the student and place him/her within our program. Please notify the
office right away if you intend to enroll in the class after the free trial. Otherwise, the slot in the
class will continue to be offered to other interested students and the time frame may no longer be
available.

NOTE: Students who are returning to our program do not receive a free trial class.

Class size: Top Flight classes are limited to 8 students per coach. Top Flight has the right to
decide at which point an additional coach will be added.

Enrollment: Enrollment at Top Flight consists of an ANNUAL registration fee of $45 (which
includes an annual insurance fee charged every year in June) and a pro-rated balance of the class
fee for the month. You pay for 4 weeks of classes per month.

Sibling Discount: If more than one child from your family is registered in our program, you will
receive a 10% discount off the second child and every child after (% off equal or less value)

Payment of Fees: Payment should be made by the first class of each month. After the 5th of
each month, there is an additional charge of $10 per child. There are no refunds for payments
made.
Returned Checks: There is a $15 charge on all returned checks
Top Flight reserves the right to raise the fees without notice.

Vacations or Breaks: Top Flight will hold your spot while you are on vacation or taking a break
if you pay 1/2 of the monthly fees. If you decide not to make this payment, your spot will be
open to new students and if filled, you will have to select another class time.

Make-up Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS POLICY
For students who are currently enrolled in the Top Flight program AND are financially current:
1. We honor up to 2 illness make-up classes per month. Top Flight must be notified of the
absence prior to the next class.
2. We honor 2 vacation make-up classes per calendar year (i.e. Jan-Dec). Top Flight must be
notified prior to the next class.
You have six weeks to schedule your make-up class. If you miss your scheduled make-up
class, you forfeit the make up time.

Apparel: Top Flight does not mandate any uniform for instructional classes. We do ask that
students were clothing that do not have belts, buckles, buttons, or zippers. Leotards, bike
shorts, cotton shorts, t-shirts, and sweats are appropriate apparel for gymnastics. Long hair
should be pulled away from the face. Bare feet are preferred. Street clothing is not appropriate.

Dropping the Program:
You must notify Top Flight by completing a Drop Notice Form one month prior to your
departure. If you do not notify Top Flight and we continue to hold your spot in class, you are
responsible for payments until proper notice is given.
If your child has not show up to class and/or no payment has been made for one month, Top
Flight reserves the right to drop your child from the program with no notice. You will be
responsible for payment until proper notice is given.
You may take a break from our program without having to re-register for a period of 30 days.
Your spot will not be held for you unless you have made arrangements and pay 1/2 of the
monthly fee. After 30 days, a re-registration fee of $45 is necessary.

Guaranteed 48 Weeks of Classes per Calendar Year: Although there are 52 weeks per year,
Top Flight is closed on all major holidays plus one week in the summer and one week in the
winter with no rate adjustment. Every month, you pay for 4 weeks of class even though some
months have 5 weeks and because of holidays, some months have 3 weeks. Top Flight
guarantees 48 weeks of classes per calendar year.

Accidents or Injuries: Top Flight accepts NO responsibility and/or liability for accidents or
injuries which occur to anyone enrolled in the programs.
Equipment Use: Students are not allowed to play on the equipment while not in class.

Viewing: Parents are welcome to sit and view their children while in class in the designated
viewing areas. No parents or non-students are allowed on the floor unless given special
permission.
